Even when you are not actively and consciously thinking about something, your brain is. So give her a little help by attracting what you want with your thought (before and after your sleep is a perfect time).
Numero Cuatro because we are on a roll: Willpower is bullshit, and it comes with an expiration date. If you rely on that motherf-cker, you will fail undoubtedly. So what other alternatives do you have? Adjust your environment to your goals. Here is an example: you decide to go on a diet to lose those extra pounds, how long do you think you will stay on track if you don’t first clean out all the unhealthy food in your pantry? Well, let me tell you that no one has a willpower made of steel, so before you end up in the pantry because you have behaved so well lately, clean out the freaking pantry and throw away anything that interferes with you and your goal.
